This chalet is a self-contained western style home with fantastic views of Mt. Yotei. Consisting of four bedrooms, three ensuites and a vaulted ceiling, Latitude 42's open plan living/dining/kitchen areas provide the ideal set up for groups or families.

| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

1. Within 7 days of accepting a booking TNC requires 20% of total accommodation fee to be forwarded to our account.
2. Booking requests are to be sent to our office by email or fax. (reservations@thenisekocompany.com or +81-136-22-3775)
On receiving a booking request TNC will issue an invoice with guest name, dates and payment settlement details stated.
Final Payment Date
″Full payment is due into our account no later than 50 days prior to guest arrival.
″At this time, we require email or faxed copy of the transaction verification slip or internet transaction.
Bookings made within 60 days of arrival will require full payment on confirmation.
Cancellation fees
″If canceling more than 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be retained by The Niseko Company.
″If canceling less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the booking will be retained by The Niseko Company as a cancellation penalty.
Amendment fees
″These are charged if amendments are made to bookings.
″Any amendment to a booking will incur a 5000 yen total charge per change.
