Our luxury Gulf front penthouse is located on the most southern end of Madeira Beach, Florida which is directly on John's Pass. Our three bedroom, two bath, luxury penthouse condo features walk-in closets, a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room and a large balcony overlooking the fabulous Gulf of Mexico.
Our 1500+ square foot unit also has cable TV in all the rooms, a washer and dryer in the unit and maid service available. With five queen-size beds, it comfortably sleeps up to 10 people.
World famous, John's Pass Fishing Village is located directly across Gulf Boulevard. This is where the movie "Summer Rental" with John Candy, Rip Torn and Richard Crena was filmed! Fishing (charter or shore), boating (rental or launch your own), jet skiing, two gambling ships that sail 5 times daily, restaurants, night clubs, shopping, grocery stores and John's Pass Boardwalk are located onsite.
Tampa International Airport is just 30 minutes away. Clearwater, St. Petersburg Airport is just 15 minutes away. Both have shuttle, taxi and limo service available. The new Suncoast Trolley runs up and down Gulf Boulevard from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach all day with a ride all day for a $3.00 price! More photos are available.

| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

We prefer Saturday to Saturday Rentals only! Shorter stays only if there is an opening in our calendar. There is a $200 security deposit required upon booking. There is a 60 day cancellation policy. All rentals subject to 12% tax + $110.00 Cleaning/Linen Fee. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice! Sorry, NO Pets and NO Smoking! Holiday Weeks are $200 extra per week!
