"Great House"

It is a special feeling to walk into the Great House. You can almost see Sir Winston Churchill walking down the stairs in the hallway. In the drawing room, you find portraits of such lumineries as Pierre Trudeau, who also stayed here. You admire the collection of old world furniture and the four poster beds.

Upstairs there is a sitting area with satellite TV and four bedrooms each with it's own private bathroom and A/C. Your only job is to get up in the morning and decide where you want breakfast served before taking a refreshing dip in the pool.

As with all villas on Prospect Plantation, Great House comes with its own professional staff. The cook is happy to prepare you anything, the housekeeper will keep the house spotless and takes care of the treasures. There is a groundskeeper who tends the tropical garden and the numerous trees planted by royalty, prime ministers and others. In fact Winston Churchill planted the tree just outside the front gate in 1953.

As the Plantation often has unlisted tour operator discounts on the above prices, it is worth sending us an email inquiry. Rates are per villa per week for the entire property including the services of the villa staff and all taxes. There is a charge for accommodating additional people (over 2 adults per room.) The minimum stay is 3 nights and the daily rates are 1/7 of the rates above.
