- Accommodations range from $120.00 to $325.00 per night
- Rates are per room double occupancy
- Third person is an additional fee of $30.00 per night
- A tax of 9.7% is not included on the above prices
- Rates are subject to change, except on confirmed reservations.
A three-night minimum stay is requested on all weekend stays from Memorial Day through Columbus Day
Prepayment is required for a minimum of two night or 50%, whichever is larger, to guarantee your reservation; balance is due upon arrival.
Reservations canceled 14 days or more in advance of arrival date will be refunded in full...less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be refunded based on re-rental of the room for the total reservation, less the complete deposits.
Check-in / Check-out time
Check-in time is from 3 to 6 PM. Earlier than 3 PM or later than 6 PM, please call for special arrangements to be made for a time convenient for you.
Smoking is not allowed in the guest rooms, in the common areas, on the decks, or on the grounds. Well-behaved people 10 years of age and older are welcome. Sorry we cannot accommodate your pets, as we have a resident dog and cat. |
