Villa Bella Vista is situated in Playa del Carmen and has 6,000 square meters (64,560 square feet) of surface, completely fenced - with a beachfront of 58 meters (190 feet), a coconut garden, and a comfortable residence. The comfortable, secure, private, and relaxing atmosphere here is in absolute harmony with nature. Besides the beach, you will find a natural pool (cenote) and a nice porch protected by a palm roof and mosquito netting (palapa).
This impressive residence is designed for 8 guests; it has 3 floors and 4 rooms, each one with a King-size bed, 3 complete bathrooms and another one only with toilette, dinning room, living room, kitchen, office, balcony and hammocks. All of them with big windows that give you an impressive sight. In the kitchen you will find an oven, stove, microwaves, refrigerator, toaster and all the kitchen supplies. The water of the house comes from the rain and from natural wells, and then the water is filtrated and treated for its use in the residence. In the living room you will be able of enjoy of TV with cable. At the entrance to the villa a keeper will meet you, he will open and close the gate as many times as you get out and come in to the villa. You will be able to call him using the interphone located in the kitchen of the residence.
