This 2300 square foot, two -level home has a beautiful view of Lake Havasu and the nearby mountains from the yard, deck and even inside the home! The dining room has a large classic southwest dining table with a view of the lake, mountains and pool. There is a piano, kareoke machine, pool table and board games...even a computer in the 2nd master suite, downstairs.
The master suite upstairs has a king bed. Downstairs suite also has king bed. Two upstairs bedrooms ...one with a queen and one with 2 twins. Full sofa sleeper in the living room. Sleeps 10 -12 total. There are 3 bathrooms. It is fully furnished with a large couch with 2 built in recliners, 5 TV's, DVD, and 4 VCR's.
Large, private heated pool, lots of cool deck, lounges and chairs. Gas BBQ. 2 car garage. Located on the South side of town...quiet, affluent area. Lower Deck has table and chairs. Yard has space for volley ball or badminton. Lake Havasu is great for boating, skiing...an aquatic lovers dream plus restaurants and nightlife nearby. Last week (Nov 7) the owner went swimming in the lake! Usually you can swim in the lake May through October...the pool is solar-heated and same dates apply.
Sitting area in the lower master bedroom with love seat, coffee table, wet bar and a gorgeous Southwest fireplace. Good size game room - includes lots of fun with a standard pool table, double microphone karaoke machine, TV/VCR and VHS tapes. Downstairs master has sitting room & 32" TV. Ample RV parking for boat and/or motor home.
