| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment
|
All rates are for two adults per night. Children 10 & under stay free. Each additional guest is $10.00 per night. 2 night minimum stay on weekends. 3 night minimum stay on holidays that fall on Monday. Weekend rates apply to all holidays. Sunday is only considered a weekday when combined with Monday.
A deposit equal to the first night's rent will be charged upon reservation, due within one week if paying by check. Balance due on arrival. Cancellations must be received within 14 days of occupancy and are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Deposit will be retained if cancellation is received less than 14 days prior. Local taxes (6%) apply.
