The Master Bedroom has a king bed and private full bath with double sinks, large soaking tub & separate shower. There is little bedroom nook off of this bedroom with an extra twin bed & twin fold-out "chair-bed" for sleeping flexibility.
Cabin Creek Chalet has 4&1/2 bedrooms and 3 baths, making it a wonderful home for families and friends to share. Many amenities include all linens, washer/dryer, gas fireplace, cable TV, WIFI access, phone line with unlimited local & long distance calling, private heated pool (call to determine opening and closing dates) expansive landscaped yard with creek & rustic little "screen house", horseshoes and other outdoor games located in the garage, decks, grill, full amenity kitchen, two car garage, ample parking, views and privacy!
Three of the four bedrooms are on the easily accessible ground floor and two of them have glass doors that access the back deck & views of the pool. The fourth bedroom (the "Loft Retreat") is privately located on the second level and while it is in a loft area, the bedroom is fully walled with privacy door and has an additional & separate window AC unit. The 3rd full bathroom is located in the loft area as well.
3 bedrooms have Queen beds and the "Master Bedroom" has a King bed, full private bath with tub, separate shower & double sinks. A nook opens into the King bedroom for extra sleeping space.
A full amenity kitchen with open dining area is well appointed with an island & sink, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, and plenty of cooking amenities & dishware. The main living area has cathedral ceilings to capture the views. A gas fireplace is on one end of this family gathering area.
A location with easy access that just can't be beat! 15 minutes North of Downtown Asheville & just minutes to the the delightful little walking town of Weaverville. Easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway - via scenic Ox Creek Road to Bull Gap (approximately BRP mm 375). Reems Creek Golf Course and Vance Birth are just minutes "down the road." The Biltmore Estate is conveniently located in Asheville. Skiing is nearby in lovely Wolf Laurel about 25 miles to the north.
Besides enjoying the wonderful house with many added amenities, the private grounds capture the wonderful mountain spirit of Western North Carolina. Stroll around the wonderfully private landscaped yard. Lovely mountain views will inspire you. And if that's not enough, take a swim in the pool out back (usually open May through September - inquire about pool openings & closings). You will want to come back to Hawk's View!

Standard Rates begin on Friday before Memorial Day & go through Labor Day Monday - 5 night min stay req,
Fall Season - first Friday in October through first Saturday night in November - 4 night min stay req, and
Holiday Weeks of Thanksgiving & first Friday before Christmas Day through first Saturday after New Years Day - 7 night min stay req.
"In-between Seasons" are January through May, September, November & December, except for Holiday Weeks as noted above, 3 night min stay req. Check for additional specials January through March
Other Fees & Taxes:
Add 6.75% tax to all Rental Rate totals. If paying by check or cash, an additional $250 security deposit is collected in advance; if paying by credit card (we take MC or Visa), the card number is held on file in lieu of any actual security payment. We require all rental reservations to accept our Rental Agreement which may all be done online (click the underlined link to review our Rental Agreement).
Pets are accepted at all of our properties for a fee of $15 per pet per day or $75 per pet per stay, whichever is less. Taxes are not added to pet fees. We do expect all pet owners to abide by our Pet Stay Agreement. The Pet Fee is a privilidge fee, not a damage or cleaning fee.
Check-in is at 4:00 pm. Early check-in may be arranged in advance at $25 per hour with a minimum 2 week notice. The earliest check-in we can guarantee is at 2:00 pm.
Check-out is at 11:00 am. Late check-out may be arranged in advance at $25 per hour with a minimum 2 week notice. The latest check-out we can guarantee is 1:00 pm.
On many occasions it is not possible to arrange early check-ins or late check-outs.
You may call on short notice (24 hours ahead of time or same day) to determine if a rental is available for an early check-in or a late check-out. When it is reasonable to do so, there is no charge.

| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment
|
For Vacation Rentals, All of Oakland Cottage, All of the Brigman House 50% payment is required to hold a reservation and may be refunded up until 60 days prior to the check-in date, minus a $35 booking fee; within 60 days of the check-in date, payment is due in full and is no longer refundable. If we are able to rebook the unit, any amount rebooked will be refunded minus the cancellation fee.
Because of our small size, cancellations effect us greatly; we therefore adhere strictly to our cancellation policies. |
