Our condo offers you a breath taking Million Dollar View that you want when you stay Oceanfront! Relax with a beverage on your private balcony, you have 2 chairs and a table, so you can comfortably enjoy your view of the ocean or view of the stars while listening to your favorite CDs on the stereo.

The kitchen boasts additional storage and counter space that few units at the resort can offer. This makes it possible to keep an indoor grill and blender. We have provided an everyday set of dishes and that nicer set of stoneware, in addition to the better quality cookware and glassware.
Drop leaf table and chairs, placemats and cloth napkins are in stock. Create an atmosphere, enjoy that candle light dinner and bottle of wine that you never seem to have the time for at home!
Additional Unit Amenities include: Air-conditioning-Cable TV-DVD-VCR and Stereo with CD player. Fully equipped kitchen has microwave-stove-oven-refrigerator-blender-indoor grill-toaster-coffee maker. Better quality stoneware and pots and pans glassware and flatware. There is an iron, ironing board and a hair dryer provided. Bed and bath sets and better quality kitchen linens are provided.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, security deposit will be forfeited. Refund of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved for you. If we are able to rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day
