This two story, two bedroom, two and a half bath home was built by Key West’s premier architect/contractor and has been recently renovated and landscaped. One of the newest additions to the hideaway family, Havana Hideaway is the flagship cottage, representing privacy, luxury, location and convenience. The back of the house has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that fully open to the enclosed back yard with heated pool, covered veranda and tropical gardens with travelers palms, white bird of paradise and your own banana tree.
The living room features a queen sleeper-sofa, cable TV, VCR, and a half bath. The gourmet kitchen has everything including a breakfast bar, Bose Wave Radio/CD player, side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and glass-top stove. The dining room seats six and looks out on the front garden of golden bamboo and palms. The two upstairs bedrooms each feature king beds, a full bath, ample closet space and cable TV. Two private, off-street parking places are yours – a rarity on this little island. All the necessities are provided for you: private telephone line with answering machine, A/C, ceiling fans, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and lush beach towels.

| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

Key West Hideaways Rental Policies
Rates.
Published rates are based on standard occupancy, do not include an 11.5 percent sales and room tax, are in U.S. dollars, and are subject to change without notice. Additionally there is a $25 processing fee charged for each reservation. Higher Rates may apply during Holiday Periods and / or Special Events.
Deposit.
Deposit equal to one night's stay or 50 percent of stay, whichever is greater, applies.
Cancellation. Full refund, less $50 cancellation fee, upon 30 days notice. Deposit is non-refundable if within 30 days of arrival date.
Payment.
American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and checks accepted for deposit. Upon arrival, credit card or cash accepted for balance of stay. No checks accepted upon arrival. No refund for early departure.
Extra person.
Add $25 per person per night.
No Smoking.
Smoking is not permitted inside. Smoking is permitted outside and ashtrays are provided. There is a minimum $200 cleaning fee for smoking inside.
Minimum Stay. 3-7 nights
Applies on weekends, during special events and holidays, and during season.
Late Arrival.
For your convenience, if you will arrive after 6:00 p.m., call the office ahead of time for instructions on obtaining your keys.
Pets.
There is a $20 per pet per night charge, please no destructive pets and please keep them on leashes when outside.
