This centrally air-conditioned three bedroom, four bathroom, two story suite includes an incredibly large living room with cathedral ceiling opening onto your private covered veranda with tables and chairs overlooking Pelican Landing's Marina. The living room has two queen sleeper sofas with private bath and closet, Bahama ceiling fan and entertainment center with cable TV, VCR and stereo with CD player. A gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, glass stove top, microwave, blender, coffee maker, large refrigerator with ice-maker, washer/dryer are only some of the amenities this beautifully renovated suite offers the discerning traveler.
Upstairs is a master bedroom featuring king bed, bath en-suite, cable TV, telephone and sliding glass doors opening up to a private deck, with chaise lounges for private sunning, overlooking lush old town. The other two bedrooms feature two queen beds with bath en-suite.
All bedrooms feature cable TV, large dressers, Bahamian ceiling fans, down pillows, 230 thread sheets and beach towels. All bathrooms feature tub/shower combinations with glass enclosures, hairdryers and plush towels.

Key West Hideaways Rental Policies
Rates.
Published rates are based on standard occupancy, do not include an 11.5 percent sales and room tax, are in U.S. dollars, and are subject to change without notice. Additionally there is a $25 processing fee charged for each reservation. Higher Rates may apply during Holiday Periods and / or Special Events.
Deposit.
Deposit equal to one night's stay or 50 percent of stay, whichever is greater, applies.
Cancellation. Full refund, less $25 cancellation fee, upon 30 days notice. Deposit is non-refundable if within 30 days of arrival date.
Payment.
American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and checks accepted for deposit. Upon arrival, credit card or cash accepted for balance of stay. No checks accepted upon arrival. No refund for early departure.
Extra person.
Add $15 per person per night.
No Smoking.
Smoking is not permitted inside. Smoking is permitted outside and ashtrays are provided. There is a minimum $50 cleaning fee for smoking inside.
Minimum Stay.
Applies on weekends, during special events and holidays, and during season.
Late Arrival.
For your convenience, if you will arrive after 6:00 p.m., call the office ahead of time for instructions on obtaining your keys.
Pets.
There is a $10 per pet per night charge, please no destructive pets and please keep them on leashes when outside.
