VACATION RENTAL SUMMARY:
Halemana
Halemana (House of Spirit) is a large, airy duplex home featuring an ocean view and ocean access. This tropical retreat is situated on an exclusive peninsula.
Halemana offers 4,300 square feet of living space. Halemana I is a single-level, seven-bedroom duplex/two-bath duplex, with a fully-equipped, modern kitchen, a dining room, and a laundry room. Amenities include tiled floors, a swimming pool, and a yard. Halemana II is a spacious, exquisitely decorated, two-story duplex. It features a spectacular ocean view off the master bedroom which opens to a deck facing the ocean. Ocean access is available on a private dock.
The entire house is available for larger families or a group. The entire house sleeps 16 guests. Pets are permitted, but this is a no smoking rental. Smoking outside o.k.
Amenities include a swimming pool, air-conditioning, a Jacuzzi®, a barbecue grill, a washer/dryer, linens, a dishwasher, telephone, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes/utensils, cable TV, a VCR, stereo, and a CD player. DVD, and high speed internet with computer. Wake to serenading birds. Sip coffee by the pool or on the lanai. Then head out to nearby Hanama Bay for incredible snorkeling. Swim with the dolphins at Sea Life Park, or go to the best beaches on the island which is only minutes away. Roys Restaurant is perfect for dinner.
Golf and tennis facilities are just five minutes away. And Costco and other stores are just a brief drive away.
Halemana is very centrally located, and offers easy access to the airport (20 minutes away) and Waikiki (15 minutes). We offer unlimited FREE parking.
This is a perfect rental for a family, couple, group, or anyone seeking quiet, secure, affordable lodging in Paradise.
Vacation rental rates: $775/night for the entire house (Eight bedrooms and four baths)-- with a seven-night minimum; and $875/night holiday rate -- with a ten-night minimum. There is a $500 cleaning fee for the entire house.
