This gorgeous home, completed in 1999 offers quality and comfort for families and friends visiting Lake Havasu.

The living room contains a queen-sized sofa sleeper, color television, VCR, DVD player; beautiful furnishings and decorations throughout. The dining room area has a table to seat 8 formally. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs including a microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer and the sliding glass door takes you out to the back covered porch/backyard area with outdoor patio furniture so you can relax, barbeque, and watch the sunset.

The large master bedroom contains a queen size bed and includes a color television. Master bathroom has walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom also contains a queen size bed with a color television and the third bedroom contains a bunk-bed, very elite in the fact that there are double beds on the top and bottom, also equipped with a color television and a Love-Sac (bean bag) that can seat up to 3 people. Both bedrooms share a full hall bath.

Tenants will have use of the three-car, boat-deep garage with plenty of room for boat or RV parking on the side of the house. This home is perfect for a group that can value quality, comfort and outstanding views.
