Fond Doux Plantation, three miles from Soufriere, St. Lucia's most scenic town, is nestled in one of the most tranquil spots in St. Lucia. It was established in the mid 1750's as a cocoa plantation.
Enclosing the restaurant are old stone walls that take you back to a time when Cocoa was king and Soufriere the most prosperous town in the country. The estate has been in continuous cocoa production for the last 250 years.
This recognized heritage site estate has retained the character and ambiance of the old wooden estate buildings. Now we open this estate to you.
There are three tranquil cottages on site and two addition rooms available at the great house. There are also plans to build an addition 8 cottages, and a tri-deck pool is almost completed. We also have a full service restaurant that offers international as well as local cuisine with a fully stocked bar.
If you want to go to the local beaches then it will only be a 5 minute drive to some of the best beaches with the loveliest diving on the island.

Rental Policies and Forms of Payment
We require a 30% deposit when the booking is made. The balance is due upon arrival. Reservations can be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to arrival after that period the client forfeits the deposit. We have no minimum stay at the hotel.
