Bahia Honda Beach is a short drive from our Florida vacation home rentals and vacation condominiums and has a topless beach bathing area on the east shore. We also offer a 50' seawall for boats with a deep water canal directly in front of our properties. New sun deck with hot tub overlooking the canal. |

| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment
|
You must be 21 or older to rent an Atlantic Breeze vacation home condominium.
We are a no indoor smoking facility however smoking on the premises anywhere outdoors is permitted.
Small pets may be permitted on an as requested basis however a larger deposit will be requested.
We are family oriented and we do not rent to vacationing students.
Damages to the property, as a result of your stay, are your responsibility & you will be charged accordingly.
Rates do not include 11.5% sales tax or 11 1/2% tax.
Cancellation Policy: Weekly reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival to avoid penalties. Monthly reservations must be cancelled 60 days prior to arrival to avoid penalties. You will be charged a $200 cancellation fee if you do not cancel via email, phone, or fax by the cancellation deadline. Cancellations for early departure does not warrant refund of rent or deposit. No refunds for early departures or late cancellations. The rate information provided, though deemed accurate, is not guaranteed. It is subject to errors, omissions, change of price, or withdrawal without notice.
