Our beautiful spacious vacation home is nestled in the much sought after location of Indian Creek, one of the closest communities available to Disney. So close in fact you could easily nip home for a cooling swim in the afternoons or head back in the evening for the spectacular firework displays. We can also give you a shortcut to avoid the traffic, just two set of lights and you're there in the heart of the magic.
With five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, a private south facing pool and a hot tub, we have added an array of upgrades and high quality features to enhance every aspect of your vacation. Our home has a top of the range games room, wireless internet and use of a PC, 52" wide screen high definition tv and surround cinema sound to name just a few features.
We offer the ultimate in home comforts in luxurious surroundings. We don't aim to beat prices, but we do strive to provide a high quality, exceptional value vacation home for those discerning guests looking for something a little more special.

Family Room
Our large and spacious open plan family room has a 52" wide screen high definition tv and a surround cinema sound system and there is plenty of seating for everyone. Put your feet up and sink into our sumptuous living room suite which has two reclining sofa's, a large corner unit and two reclining rocking chairs. Our 'Lift-Top' coffee tables are ideal for snacks in front of the tv or for laptops. The high cathedral ceilings have skylights offering plenty of natural daylight and the patio doors lead to the pool and sundeck.
Swimming Pool & Hot Tub
Our private pool, hot tub and sundeck are south facing giving you the glorious Florida sunshine all day long. The whole area is surrounded by an attractive beach themed fence giving you complete privacy and the area is fully screened to let the sun in and keep the bugs out. The pool area and rear yard are beautifully lit in the evenings with thousands of gently twinkling lights making the atmosphere perfect to unwind and relax by the pool. The spacious lanai and patio area offer welcome shade from the sun and has a dining area and a gas BBQ. You will find plenty of luxury, padded pool furniture including sun loungers, reclining chairs, sun chairs and foot stools. For the protection of the little ones, there is a safety fence separating all access areas to the pool and, as an added precaution, the patio doors are also alarmed.
Games Room
Our games room is a huge hit with all ages and has an 8 foot slate bed pool table, a 7 foot professional air hockey table, foosball, a television for movies and Playstation 1 and 2. There are also plenty of boardgames for children and adults.
Gourmet Kitchen
Our fully Fitted kitchen has everything you could possibly need whether you are preparing a light snack or a full family meal. You will find the kitchen extremeley well stocked with a wide range of utensils, crockery, pots, pans and time saving devices such as a crock pot, food processor, mixer and liquidizer.
Three King Bedrooms
We have three king bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite and the third has a private bathroom and is located at the front of the house giving a little extra privacy. All beds are luxury padded pillow top with high quality linens and two luxury designer bathrobes in each bedroom. All three bedrooms have televisions, dvd players, cable tv and ceiling fans and the two master bedrooms have access to the pool area. The bathrooms have hairdryers and straighteners and plenty of thick luxury towels.
Two Children's Theme Rooms
Shrek's Kingdom and Nemo's Underwater Room are wonderfully themed for children and both have twin beds with padded tops and share our fourth family bathroom. Both bedrooms both have televisions and dvd players ceiling fans.
Entertainment
We have a wide range of entertainment facilities including a large dvd collection with well over 200 quality films, sit-coms, documentaries and Disney classics. There is also a large book library with numerous titles to suit all preferences and a huge music collection with songs from many genres. We also have a wide selection of board games and children's books.
24 Hour Care
Our home is looked after by our highly professional management company who are based locally and are available for you for anything you may need. We are also on call for you 24 hours a day and are here to help you with any questions you may have. We promise a promt and personal service.

3 night minimum stay with additional cleaning fee due for stays of 8 nights or less.
$300 non-refundable deposit due when making reservation and final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
