All beds have sheets, pillows and blankets.
2 towels and face cloth is provided for each occupant.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT ;
The check in time is after 2 pm and the check out time is 11 am
HOUSEKEEPING :
The unit will be ready for you on check in and will be cleaned after your depart.
OCCUPANTS :
Your rent is calculated from a base rent plus an extra person charge. If you wish to register more occupants please call us prior to checking in.

Payment Methods Accepted
Mc , Visa ,e-mail reservation through Paypal accepted .Balance payable with cash ,traveller's cheque or Credit card (Paypal ) bank wire or money order (50% immediately and 50% on arrival date).
Deposits
50 % at reservation & cash security deposit on arrival (to be discussed) Guests are asked to provide a security deposit that will be refunded if unit returned in 'pre-rental condition'.
Any costs due to damage, broken or missing items, or any other costs will be first deducted from your security deposit and secondly (if required) charged to you.
Cancellation & Return Policy
No refund if cancelled less than 3 weeks before arrival f you cancel (more than 3 weeks before arrival) and we are able to re-rent your unit,
you will receive a rebate (of the funds paid to us) equal to the amount we recover less a 100 $ CAN handling fee .
There will be no rebate if the unit is not re-rented.
