| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

| We do ask for a minimum stay of 7 days or greater. We ask for a $600 security deposit per month and upto $1200 for the year. We ask for only $100 to hold the property and rate if interested in making a reservation. We ask for wire or cash deposits and rental fees. We do not cancel a reservation within 30 days of arrival. International guest need to provide a photocopy of their passport of photo ID. |
