This cute first floor condo is located in the gated Spring Run
community at the award winning Brooks. The spectacular view from the
lanai is of the sixth green across the lake. Close by one of the
community's heated pool and jacuzzi this unit is wheelchair accesible

As a non-smoking unit, it has all the comforts of Florida living. The
living area, equipped with a ceiling fan, has 12 feet of glass

around a beautiful glass-top bamboo table and chairs. The master
bedroom, which also overlooks the water and golf course, has a
luxurious king size bed and is located in the rear of the unit for
complete privacy. It has a private bath featuring double sinks and
oversize walk-in shower. It also has a large walk-in closet.
The second bedroom, located in the front of the unit, has a day bed
that can be opened to two twin size beds or left as is for a sitting
room. The main bathroom is located right outside this bedroom door.
Each bedroom has a TV, VCR, clock radio and ceiling fan for your
added comfort. Both bathrooms are equipped with wall mounted hair
dryers. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and has a smooth top
cooking surface, built-in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator w/ice-
water in door, informal breakfast and bar eating areas and full size
laundry washer and dryer.
Also available are phones in every room, an iron and ironing board,
all linens and towels including beach towels. All floors have 13"
ceramic tile except the bedrooms which have wall to wall carpeting.
The lanai features an eating and sitting area for you to relax and
enjoy the beautiful view.
