3 Bedroom 2 Bath Private Pool
For your comfort, the interior of the villa is fully air-conditioned or heated as required for your stay in beautiful Esprit.
The three seater sofa-bed will convert easily to a queen sleeper to accommodate an extra two guests.
Fully equipped with TV, DVD player, VCR and Games console. The cable service is provided by Adelphia with a wide choice of at least 50 channels for all ages.
There are two areas for dining in the villa, the main dining area with six place settings
The kitchen includes fridge/freezer with icemaker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, crock-pot, blender, coffee-maker, can-opener, automatic electric kettle, English tea-pot, pots, pans and 12 crockery place settings. The floor in the kitchen, also the entrance area and bathrooms are finished with quality ceramic tiling.
There are two areas for dining in the villa, the main dining area with six place settings, the breakfast nook with four further place settings,
and cutlery and crockery for 8 place settings are included.
A complimentary high-chair is available for our younger guests.
With a view across the pool deck, the ample master suite includes a queen size double bed, dresser, TV and alarm clock-radio. The master suite leads into a large walk-in closet and the en-suite bathroom with shower. A door leads from the en-site directly to the poolside.
Bedroom 2, with a view to the street is spacious, with two twin beds and a large closet.
A complimentary crib is available for our younger guests.
Bedroom 3 has a light and airy feel, with a further two twin beds and closet.
Both bathrooms include a blow-dryer and power for electric razor.
2 sets of towels are provided for 8 people.
For your laundry requirements, the garage houses a full-size washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board are also included.
Private screened pool, South-facing pool-deck for all day exposure to the sun and gas heating option. Padded lounge chairs, or chairs with foot stools for around the pool enjoyment. Shaded lanai annex to pool with table and chairs.
For those warm evenings around the pool, there is lighting provided for the lanai and deck area and a floodlight for the pool itself. The pool screen keeps most of the bugs at bay.
Quality pool-deck furniture includes 2 x Chaise/sunbeds, 2 x Recliners with foot-stools, Table with 4 chairs.
For our 'snow-bird' guests we offer optional pool heating. Our gas-fired heating gives a warmer pool than solar heating or a heat-pump if the weather should get cooler.
All doors leading to the pool deck are equipped with high-intensity child alarms which sound when a door is opened. Leading off the pool deck is a lanai which is shaded throughout the day for 'cooling off' and is equipped with high quality table and chairs.

| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

Deposit: We require a deposit of $350.00 to secure the home, final payment is made 6 weeks prior to arrival. A damage (security) deposit of $300.00 is due upon arrival. Cash or a credit card for authorization only can be provided.
Payment: Payment can be made by personal check, money order or wire transfers. MasterCard or Visa can be accepted but please add 4% for processing fees.
Cancellation policy. If cancellation for any reason you will loose your deposit. If cancellation occurs 2-3 weeks prior to arrival you will loose half of your rental, plus tax. If you cancel 1-week prior you will loose your entire rental, plus tax. Unless you would reschedule or I can rebook the dates.
