| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

We require a one night deposit on all accommodations reserved, including tax. You will receive a transaction receipt and an email confirmation will follow.
In the event you need to cancel, for cancellations less than two weeks from date of arrival your deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE and you will be charged for the balance of your reservations. In the event you have not notified us of a cancellation or you do not show the total amount for your accommodations reserved will be charged to the credit card you provided.
