"Villa Parthenon"
Villa Parthenon, a spacious six bedroom deluxe villa is situated only 5 minutes' walk from the beach in the lush, tropical, private community of Costambar, offering a peaceful and relaxing oasis beside the Atlantic Ocean. It is only about 4 miles to downtown Puerto Plata, or to the tourist resort of Cofresi. Puerto Plata's International Airport (POP) is only about half an hour's taxi ride away, and is well served by both scheduled and charter carriers from North America and Europe.
Guests of Villa Parthenon will enjoy a house with unusually spacious rooms and high ceilings, flooded with natural sunlight from the large portico-styled windows.
The six Bedrooms are each over 400 ft2 (37 m2) and equipped with A/C, ceiling fan, Cable T.V., and either a king or queen sized bed. All have ensuite bathrooms with oval corner tub, shower, W.C., bidet and double handbasins.
The Great Room offers an exceptional communal living space of over 1,000 square feet, with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge area with Cable T.V. Apart from the natural tropical breezes, this room may also be cooled by A/C or ceiling fans.
On the Garden Terrace, guests can enjoy the oval-shaped freshwater pool or the total relaxation of unwinding in a separate hot tub under the swaying palm trees. Tables, chairs and sun loungers are also provided.
Cleaning service is provided six days a week, and linen and towels are changed twice weekly.
