All reservations are due to a security deposit of US $500 per stay.
Taxes will automatically be added in the statement. Pre-arrival clean is included in our rates for a stay of at least 5 days.
Customer will only be charged for extras if he/she explicitly demands for the option(s). Options are: Pool heating: US$20 per day (with minimum of 4 days) or US$ 120 per week, Crib: US$ 30 per week, High Chair: US$ 30 per week, Rollaway bed: US$ 30 per week, Maid Service is possible: prices on demand. |
