Our wonderful spacious 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathroom home is truly enchanting and perfectly situated for a magical vacation.
Our Exclusive vacation home is beautifully furnished with luxurious appointments throughout including ceramic tile, quality bedding and spacious living rooms. Your vacation starts at the entrance with a dramatic palm tree lined boulevard entry, towering monuments and reflecting pools, sculptured dolphins sending forth plumes of water. The home itself has over 3000 sq. foot of living space, and has 2 en-suite bedrooms, both with king beds, the grand master downstairs has garden tub as well as walk in shower.
All this and the proximity to Orlando's world-renowned attractions, shopping and restaurants is unrivaled. The community amenities are superb and the home is out of this world, what more would you want or expect for that perfect vacation in the fun capital of the world.
The large gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with every imaginable requirement provided, along with a well equipped laundry room.( but why cook when there are restaurants in the area where $10 gets you a hearty feast) The kitchen has an island and nook for those quick snacks in the morning. The main living area has a large screen TV complete with DVD, VCR for your enjoyment, a CD hi-fi.
The whole house is air/heat conditioned for your comfort, all linens and towels are provided free of charge, outside you have your own heated enclosed 30` X 15` pool and spa with extended deck area and a covered umbrella for those who don't like the sun, perfect for those days where you have been walked off your feet at the parks, total relaxation. All doors leading to the pool area is alarmed for your safety. The garage is where your private games room is situated, there you will find a pool table, foosball table, electronic pinball, darts and Playstation, this will keep the kids quite especially the grown up kids!!
In this gated community you will find a Tiki Hut for snacks and drinks, an Exercise Facility and Spa, a Large Gathering room with fire place, Sundry Shop, Cyber Cafe for access to the internet, a community pool, Tot play yard, Tennis Courts, and a Volleyball Court. This house backs up to the Walking Trail so you have a great view of the natural setting while enjoying the outside pool and spa area

| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment
|
Deposit: We require a deposit of $350.00 to secure the home, final payment is made 6 weeks prior to arrival. A damage (security) deposit of $300.00 is due upon arrival. Cash or a credit card for authorization only can be provided.
Payment: Payment can be made by personal check, money order or wire transfers. MasterCard or Visa can be accepted but please add 4% for processing fees.
Cancellation policy. If cancellation for any reason you will loose your deposit. If cancellation occurs 2-3 weeks prior to arrival you will loose half of your rental, plus tax. If you cancel 1-week prior you will loose your entire rental, plus tax. Unless you would reschedule or I can rebook the dates
