Do you want to relax on the beach and enjoy the seaside? Visit the Florida attractions? If you do, you should make our oceanfront studio at Pirates Cove Resort your next vacation destination. It has everything you need for a perfect stay. Our studio condo has beautiful rattan and whicker furniture, a kitchenette and dinette set. We have a beautiful king size bed for your sleeping comfort with an assortment of pillows, along with a loveseat futon (queen air mattress for sleeping) to relax on while watching TV or the waves hitting the beach. We have some beautiful seascape paintings by a local artist for you to enjoy while visiting. We want you to feel at home while you are our guests.
Pirates Cove (which was recently remodeled) is located in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores, close to where all the action is, but far enough away to ensure a good night's sleep. For your pleasure we supply beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie board and beach towels. We have deck chairs on the outside patio to relax with a cool drink or have your morning coffee while enjoying the beach scene. This condo is located on the ground floor and over looks the ocean. There are no elevators or stairs to deal with. (Bikers enjoy having your bikes in front of the unit so you can keep an eye on them.) When you open your front door, you are looking at the ocean, turn to the left, take a few steps, and you are at the beautiful heated pool. From the pool area you can walk out on to the beach. The life guard station is located on the beach in front of resort for your peace of mind. We supply a tv with cable, high speed internet connection, VCR, DVD, boom box, towels, linens, coffee, tea, all pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, small oven with two burners, small refrigerator, toaster, iron and hair dryer to name a few of the units amenities. The resort has a pool-side bar, lounge with pool tables, a restaurant overlooking the ocean with an outside patio, ice machines, and laundry room. Everything you need to have an enjoyable vacation.
No one will enter your room until you check out. So, you can feel at home.

Terms and Conditions:
· A damage deposit of $100.00 for event weeks and $50.00 for non-event weeks is required within 7 days of booking. If such deposit is not received within 7 days, the reservation is subject to cancellation. Damage deposit will be returned in within a couple of days from check out provided there is no damage to the room.
· Rental payments may be made by with credit cards through paypal or certifiedl check, money order, direct inter-bank transfer.
· Full rental payment is due 30 days prior to arrival unless other arrangements have been made.
· Cancellation Policy: FULL REFUND of DEPOSIT and PAYMENT is made with 21-day notice prior to reservation date.
· Minimum Stay Policy: A minimum of 3 nights stay non-event weeks. A minimum of 7 nights is required for Event weeks.
· CHECK IN: 4 p.m. CHECKOUT: 10 a.m. Maid Service provided on check-out. (No one will enter your room until you checkout for your privacy and security. Call if other times are needed, we are flexible.
· DAILY AND WEEKLY RENTAL RATES are quoted in US dollars and are for the condo - not per person. The rental rates include all taxes and cleaning services. No other charges are applied.
· This is a no smoking, no pet condo.
· TERMS AND CONDITIONS are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for ay lost, stolen or damage to personal property or injury caused to anyone due to guests negligence.
