| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

50% deposit,. nonrefundable, required to confirm reservation. Monthly and long-term rates available on request. Rental deposit can be made by PayPal or wire transfer. Weekly rates include one maid service. Additional maid service available for $8 for each 1-2 hour cleaning. Weekly rates do not include electricity charge, which is based on usage.
We require a security deposit; it can be paid at time of check in. This deposit will be refunded whenever possible at time of check out. The security deposit is: 1-2 weeks, $100; 2-4 weeks, $150; 1 month, $200; 1-3 months, $300; 3-6 months, $500; 6-12 months, one month rent. |
