Payments-Advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 45 days before arrival. (Consideration for booking with less notice). The Advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Final payment due 14 days prior to arrival.
Please make payments in the form of travelers checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks. The Advance payment is not a damage deposit.
