One of only four townhomes, this spotless beach house is nestled in a sleepy beachside neighborhood of mostly single family homes between the Intracoastal Waterway (Halifax River to locals) and the Atlantic Ocean.
Lenox Avenue deadends directly onto the beach - and we are the 4th residence west of the ocean! A simple 2 minute walk - approximately 300 steps - and you are at ocean's edge. No need to pack and drive a vehicle - simple walk out your front door, down the sidewalks and across A1A and there it is - exactly what you came for - the best of beaches.
This Daytona Beach vacation home boasts 3 large bedrooms and two full baths. The spacious two-story floor plan provides for two BRs upstairs with a full bath and one BR downstairs with a full bath. A hugh greatroom and full sized kitchen complete downstairs. The sliding glass doors open from greatroom onto a privately fenced courtyard that is perfect for outdoor dining or private sunbathing. Tropically landscaped. Fire pit adds to charm.
Bedrooms are tropically decorated as follows:
Master BR - King sized bed with full sleeper sofa. 27" TV, ceiling fan, Sony radio alarm clock, triple dresser/mirror and armoire. Large walk-in closet and private access to bath. Enjoy the ocean view from picture window!
Upstairs 2d BR - Full sized bed with TV, triple dresser/mirror, Sony radio alarm clock, ceiling fan.
Downstairs 3d BR - Queen sized bed with TV, triple dresser, Sony radio alarm clock and ceiling fan.
All mattresses are new and of high quality. Bed linens are luxurious and changed out often to ensure each guest receives excellence.
The greatroom has been refurnished 4/07 to include a new leather sectional with chaise and Queen sleeper bed. Entertainment center includes large TV, CD/DVD/Surround South, DVD library, books, and board games for all ages.
Dining Room seats 6 with room for extra chairs to be brought to table.
Kitchen is a cook's delight (if you want to cook on vacation?). All major and small appliances are new. All cooking supplies provided. All you need are groceries and two major grocery chains are within two miles of beach house.
Oversized one-car garage has remote controlled door, fan, full sized washer/dryer and is home to beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs/loungers, beach mats, 3 adults beach cruisers and two kids' bikes. Beach towels provided as well as garage towels for washing your vehicle.
The front yard is the perfect spot for sitting on the sundeck or park bench while kids play and you grill on the barbque. The sounds and smells of the ocean surround you as you soak up some sun, toss the ball, read a book or just enjoy the relaxation.
Parking for three vehicles. Can fit small boat or trailer. Offstreet parking is available and large motorhomes, boats or motorcycle/car trailers can be parked on neighboring property for a small fee. Please inquire. Garage will easily fit 4 - 5 motorcycles!
The two bathrooms are very clean, decorated with a flair, and feature plush decorator towels and wall attached hairdryers.

| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment
|
Prefer a 7 day rental but will consider 3 nights and a Saturday checkin, but we try to be flexible to accommodate your particular needs!
Security Deposit $350 - $500, depending on number of party and week selected.
You have the choice of paying with check or credit card through PayPal. A 3% PayPal transaction fee will be deducted from your security deposit .
Security deposit is happily refunded to you within 14 days of departure given no losses.
To reserve, 50% of total funds due at contract. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival for most reservations. Special event weeks are priced accordingly and require payment in full 90 days prior to arrival.
Special event weeks included, but are not limited to: 24 Hours of Daytona, NASCAR Daytona 500, Bike Week, Biketoberfest, 4th of July, NASCAR Pepsi 400, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years.
Pets are considered on a case by case basis, dependant upon size and breed. Please inquire. Must be crate trained. Non-refundable pet deposit $100 and $20/day. |
