Conveniently located on a quiet lane just off scenic Hwy 194S you'll be within 20 min of Boone, 8 minutes of West Jefferson & historic Todd with its' country store and canoe rentals, and 10 min from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Take a stroll with your pet down the quiet country lane that follows the creek. When you get back you'll be ready to enjoy the front porch rockers and breathe in the fresh country air. Inside the cabin, the main living area includes a stone gas fireplace for cozying on those cool Carolina Mountain evenings, a 32" flat-screen HDTV with premium cable channels, VCR and DVD, as well as a dining/kitchen combo fully equipped with everything you need to prepare that special meal for your significant other. A private bedroom with comfy new king-sized log bed, and flat-screen wall-mounted cable TV as well as a bath are also on this level. Upstairs, the spacious romantic master bedroom offers pillow-top plush comfort in the king bed. Lie in bed and watch cable TV or a movie from the 32" flat-screen HDTV - DVD & VCR are provided. Internet access with wireless DSL is also provided if you plan to bring your laptop. Or, use the computer provided at the cabin to browse the internet through the TV in the master bedroom while relaxing in bed, using the wireless keyboard and mouse provided. A country – style bath is also on this level, along with a loft-area with a full sleeper sofa and rotating game table that offers your choice of three games - hockey, mini-pool or foosball.
