Cottage is a cozy, comfortable, lakeside home. The perfect environment to retreat from the busyness of life! It is located near the beautiful, historic, waterfront city of Olympia, Washington. Olympia is also the Capitol of the state. We are one hour from Seattle, one half hour from Tacoma, one and half hours from Portland, Mt Rainier, Mt St Helens and the Pacific Ocean beaches. Olympia is in the South Sound Region and is a great central location to take day trips. We have yummy restaurants! Antique shopping, quaint downtown and of course mall shopping. Movie theaters with stadium seating. The Washington Center for the Performing Arts features many well known entertainers. Excellent plays at the Capitol Playhouse. The Childrens Hands on museum is a must for the children. We have many salt water parks with hiking and picnicking. Boston Harbor features kyak rentals to tour the Sound. Then of course there is the Capitol which has just been restored. The Dome is incredible. The Japanese Gardens are so beautiful and peaceful. Wolf Haven is nearby. The downtown area is located on Bud Bay...lots of boating around here.

| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

| A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. In case of cancellation it can be applied to another date. The balance is due 30 days in advance of arrival. There is a non-refundable cleaning deposit of $100 and a refundable breakage deposit of $300 due upon arrival. The minimum stay is 3 days. We take Visa, MC, money orders, cash and checks. The tax is 11% |
