Newly Decorated Villa in Queens Grant Located in beautiful Palmetto Dunes, a private plantation Golf community.
All Villas here are ground level units with nobody above or below offering
more privacy.
The Villa is steps away from one of five pools located in the complex and near The Robert Trent Jones golf course.
You can easily take the 10 minute walk to the beach or call the free shuttle to take you there and back.
Our Villa has all tile floors except for the bedrooms. The 1st-floor features a large family room with huge vaulted ceilings,sleeper sofa , big screen TV, VCR, DVD and stereo. The Villa has a large deck with grill.
Master bedroom features a King bed and a private bath.
The second bedroom has two double beds. All of the bedrooms have a television (with cable).
The fully-equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, coffeemakers, dishes, cookware, and utensils. Washer, dryer, linens, iron, and ironing board are provided.
