Our nicely appointed condo in Waterway Village sits inside a gated community and overlooks the third tee of the course at River Oaks Plantation (27 holes). Enjoy magnificent southern views from your private, secluded balcony. The Intracoastal waterway runs through the property and there is a lighted pier from which you can enjoy watching the boats as they travel the water or cast a line in and fish for awhile. This picturesque setting also offers an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, a grilling/picnic area, gazebos, walkways, a private pond and more!
This community is just a short drive from the area's most famous attractions. These include Medieval Times, Nascar Cafe, the Coastal Carolina Mall, the Carolina Opry, and the Tanger Outlets. In addition, Barefoot Landing, the Dixie Stamped, the Alabama Theatre and Broadway at the Beach are just a few minutes up the road. Here you will find great shopping, delicious restaurants, and some of the area's best nightlife including the House of Blues, Celebrity Square, Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville and more! Other great opportunities await at the more than 1500 eateries (including the famous seafood buffets), Hooters, Dick's Last Resort, Brookgreen Gardens, Ripley's Aquarium, casino cruises, horseback riding, and the various attractions located along the Grand Strand!
If golf is more of your style, you will be in heaven here! Perhaps no place is as famous for their golf courses as Myrtle Beach. There are over 100 championship golf courses located along the Grand Strand, and many are within minutes of the condo including the highly acclaimed International World Tour Golf Links just 1/2 mile away! And don't forget to play the River Oaks course located right outside of your window!
Rather spend the day at the beach? No problem! The clean, clear shoreline of Myrtle Beach is just a short 3-4 mile drive from the condo! Here you will find some of the most gorgeous beaches on the East Coast. In fact, Myrtle Beach was voted the best family beach by the Travel Channel! Water sports abound with opportunities to scuba dive, wind surf, jet ski, parasail, kayak, boating, water tours, and water ski! So whether you enjoy sunning on the sand or spending the day in the water, it's all close by!
River Oaks Plantation is located a convenient 5 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Jetport and is also easily accessible by car from all areas. It is a short drive off of Interstate 95 and located near all major roads including 501, 31, 22 and 17.

| Special discounts always available to EMS/Fire/Police/Military personnel with proper ID. Minimum 3 night stay May-August. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or LEGAL gaurdian (or married couples). No pets, motorcycles, RVs, trailers, or commercial vehicles allowed on property. $100 security deposit, 11% sales tax, and $ 75 cleaning fee not included in rental rate. |
