There are 156 spacious apartment units in total. All units are very friendly and offer fully equipped kitchen (including fridge, oven, toaster, kettle , coffee maker, etc.), bathroom, direct phone, TV with satellite channels (with extra charge paid locally), safety deposit box (to be paid locally) and terrace or balcony. The complex offers standard one bedroom apartments, one bedroom apartments with private garden. The spacious two bedroom apartments are mainly duplex style and are an excellent choice for families or a group of friends. Cleaning takes place 5 x week, change of linen 2 x week, and change of towels 3 x week.

Dining Information
The AI programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style served in the main restaurant; Lunch can also be served as picnic (reservation required). During meals house wine, soft drinks, local beer or mineral water are offered. Small snacks are available between 16:30-18:00. Tea and coffee (German style) time with cookies is from 16:30-18:00.
