We own TWO side-by-side one-bedroom Condos at the fabulous Pinnacle Oceanfront Tower at the popular Compass Cove Oceanfront Resort. Each Condo Sleeps up to 7 people. You can rent one or both condos. Rent one for yourself, and reserve the other for your friends or family.
Compass Cove Resort has just completed an 8-million dollar renovation, best described as a "re-invention." Everything is brand new and luxurious. Compass Cove boasts 22 water features, including three Lazy Rivers, several Oceanfront Swimming Pools, both indoor and outdoor, numerous Whirlpools, kiddie Waterparks (2) including the new Yellow Submarine Fun Waterpark, Beachfront Shuffleboard, Beach Volleyball, Gameroom, Fitness center, his and her Saunas, Oceanfront Restaurant (Compass Rose), Oceanfront Bar and Lounge also serving food, Oceanfront Poolside Tiki Bar & Grill, Pool table, and of Course, the wonderful wide sandy beach.
Our condos are DIRECT OCEANFRONT! Hear the ocean roar from your balcony as you sip your morning coffee, watch the fun at the beach. Watch the dolphins in the sparkling blue Atlantic from your balcony.
In the Oceanfront LIVING GOOM, there is a pull-down Wall-bed (Murphy bed) with a full sized mattress and box springs, a brand new sleeper sofa, brand new upscale furniture, new TV with cable, high speed DSL, new dining table and chairs, new carpet and new drapes.
In the FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, there is a full-sized refrigerator, a range/oven, a mircrowave, a coffee maker, a toaster, dishes, pots and pans, utensils and flatware, and all new granite counter.
In the BEDROOM, there are two new double beds with new mattresses, box springs, bedding, new drapes, new carpet, new TV with cable, new lighting, and wall decor.

Note: Many have asked if the picture of the balcony is of our actual balcony. Yes, I personally took this photo of our balcony. This is the actual balcony you will be sitting/standing on, and the breath-taking view of the sparkling blue Atlantic that you will see. I also took the view of the beach and the sunrise from our balcony. All photos of the inside of the condo is our actual condo! The only two photos I did not personally take are the two professional photos of the lazy rivers. (I own two side-by-side condos which are identically decorated.)
