Renovations include: new beds, spreads, drapes, deck, re-insulated attic and new foundation. The fully equiped kitchen has an extra large stove with 2 ovens. The dining room seats 16 and the kitchen seats 8 making it ideal for families. It has easy access to the Killington Access Road and is walking distance to restaurants, night clubs, ski shops and has shuttle bus service to the mountain.

Rates exclude Christmas, New Year's, MLK and President's week. For holiday rates please call. Rates do not include 9% VT tax or 7% gratuity. Rates subject to change.

Killington Accomodations Services and Reservation Policies

Special requests or needs: cribs, grocery order, Christmas tree, etc., what ever you need, our reservation staff will be more than happy to help you.

Cancellation Policy: Up until 30 days before arrival we will refund the deposit less $50.00. 30 to 15 days before arrival we will transfer the deposit to a future stay up to a year. 14 days or less before arrival, no refund or transfer. KE homes and KV1 home must be cancelled by November 20 otherwise there is no refund. Holiday: Cancellations for Holiday periods, same as regular cancellation policy.

Towels and linens: All towels and linens for the number of occupants plus all cooking and eating utensils are already in your unit. If your unit has a hot tub, consider bringing some large towels.

Housekeeping: All our units are thoroughly cleaned before and after your stay. Daily house keeping is available at an additional charge of $20 per hour plus linens.

Damage deposit: There is a damage deposit of $200.00 per bedroom for condos with a maximum of $800.00 and $300.00 per bedroom for homes with a maximum $1,500. This is due on arrival and is mailed back shortly after your departure if no damage has occurred.
