Villa Exner requests a 50% deposit payment of the total accommodation costs. The deposit will be debited against your credit card to secure your reservation.

In the event of this reservation being cancelled within 14 days of supposed arrival date, the full 50% deposit for accommodation cost forfeit. For cancellation within 3 days or less prior to supposed arrival forfeit the full total of accommodation.
