| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

A one-page rental agreement is provided to prospective guests. All terms are stated on this contract.
Refundable security deposits are $150 for a three day weekend, $250 for a week's stay, and $300 for any stay longer.
During snow conditions, landlord agrees to pay half the cost of any snow plowing, or removal needed to access the cabin.
Reservations can be made with payment of the security deposit.
Rates will be higher for holiday stays.
