Reservations require a 50% deposit within 5 days of booking for confirmation. The balance of rental must be received within 30 days prior to the arrival date. Failure to pay rental deposit, security deposit or balance of rental on time could result in loss of reservation.
A $500.00 USD (cash) security-damage deposit will be collected upon your check-in. This is refundable at checkout after villa inspection.
