Ideal for a large family, this newly built home with cedar siding provides great views of the mountains. A covered porch, open deck and large great room make it a comfortable and relaxing home. In the living room there is a VCR/DVD player and a DVD player in the master bedroom. If you want to BBQ, a charcoal grill is located outside. To keep you warm is a gas log fireplace for those chilly nights. Accessible by gravel road and only three miles to Dillsboro.

PAYMENT: A reservation deposit equal to 50% of the total rental amount will be due 10 days from the time of reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Master Card & Visa are accepted. Personal checks are accepted up to 30 days before arrival date.

SECURITY DEPOSIT of $100-$500: Will be secured by holding a credit card number. Deposits may be used to repair damages or to replace missing contents.

LODGING PROTECTION PROGRAM: For your protection, we offer insurance that protects you against monetary loss due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness and injuries that may necessitate the cancelling of your reservation.

WATER: Most units are on a well or spring. Please use the water conservatively as unlike municipal water, the supply is limited.
