The resort has low storey buildings and bungalows which are set amongst its spectacular gardens. There are 292 rooms of which 148 are double rooms and the rest are a mixture of double, triple and quadruple rooms. The rooms all offer a bath or shower, toilet, air conditioning (high season), cable TV with two English speaking channels and a telephone. The rooms also offer partial sea or pool views.

This truly magical resort is situated on the sandy beach of Seguia and set amongst pleasant gardens. It is only 6km from the small town of Midoun and 23km from the central town of Houmt Souk. It is also conveniently located only 30 minutes from the airport.
Dining Information
The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (19:00-21:30), all buffet style with daily show cooking, served in the main restaurant. Themed evenings with Italian & Tunisian cuisine take place too. During meals water, soft drinks, beer, wine and local liqueurs are offered. Also at the disposal of the AI guests with prior reservation are five specialty restaurants; Chinese, Indian, Italian, Vegetarian, Mexican. Snacks such as sandwiches, pizza and savoury crepes are available between 12:30 & 16:00 at the snack bar as well as sandwiches from 11:00-17:00 at the beach bar along with water and soft drinks. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served at the pool bar (10:00-23:00) and the café Maure (14:00-23:00).
