This 1800s colonial sits on an acre of rolling scenic terrain just south of the historic village of East Aurora,NY. The house has been well maintained and all rooms have new paint and refinished floors. The unit has two bedrooms (both have new mattresses & linens) full kitchen and a cozy living room. The property has a large yard,small stream,big trees and a large parking area in the rear for trailers,etc.. The location is great for snowmobilers and skiers. Kissing bridge and holiday valley ski resorts are close as well as a marked snowmobile trail that is a few hundred yards away. Emery park has good xcountry skiing and is just down the road. Trout fishing,hiking or just walking around the property is great. The village has an old fashioned five & dime store, a theatre and a quiet peaceful atmosphere. There are many great restaurants in East Aurora also. Darien lake theme park is about 15 minutes away as is kissing bridge ski resort. The Buffalo Bills stadium is about 15 minutes, Letchworth state park 40 minutes, Alleghany state park 1 hour,Ellicottville 45 minutes,The City of Buffalo 30 minutes,Niagara Falls 45 minutes and Rochester is about 1 hour away.
