The kitchen and kitchenette are both fully equipped with microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all necessary cooking and eating utensils. The large cozy combination dining room & living room feature a woodstove, cable, color TV & VCR. There is easy access between the main lodge and the guest quarters from both levels, or, close the doors for privacy. Go out the back door and enjoy the 8 person Hot Tub that is shared with the owner's attached property. About ¼ of a mile behind the house is a VAST snowmobiling trail.

Rates exclude Christmas, New Year's, MLK and President's week. For holiday rates please call. Rates do not include 9% VT tax or 7% gratuity. Rates subject to change.
Killington Accomodations Services and Reservation Policies
Special requests or needs: cribs, grocery order, Christmas tree, etc., what ever you need, our reservation staff will be more than happy to help you.
Cancellation Policy: Up until 30 days before arrival we will refund the deposit less $50.00. 30 to 15 days before arrival we will transfer the deposit to a future stay up to a year. 14 days or less before arrival, no refund or transfer. KE homes and KV1 home must be cancelled by November 20 otherwise there is no refund. Holiday: Cancellations for Holiday periods, same as regular cancellation policy.
Towels and linens: All towels and linens for the number of occupants plus all cooking and eating utensils are already in your unit. If your unit has a hot tub, consider bringing some large towels.
Housekeeping: All our units are thoroughly cleaned before and after your stay. Daily house keeping is available at an additional charge of $20 per hour plus linens.
Damage deposit: There is a damage deposit of $200.00 per bedroom for condos with a maximum of $800.00 and $300.00 per bedroom for homes with a maximum $1,500. This is due on arrival and is mailed back shortly after your departure if no damage has occurred. |
