Beautiful vacation home with great ocean and river view, 10 minutes from the beach in a safe neighborhood. Located in the mountains close to the beach, at 800 feet for cool night breezes and less insects. Each bedroom is private with it's own entrance and lock, it's own air conditioner with remote control, and each has it's own bathroom with shower. 2 showers have romantic outdoor showers attached and inclosed with bamboo walls. The kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, and utensils. There are a maid and gardener on site. Also my father lives close by and is available for assistance.
