Deposit: 20% of total and that it is refundable up to 31 days prior to arrival date, with the exception of January 1 - March 31, refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival date. Fully refundable deposit is held until checkout inspection.
Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival via certified check or money order.
Cleaning charge of $125..
Minimum stay of one week/7 nights. Check-in/Check-out During December - March period is on Saturdays.
