Gambles, drinking, parties, gatherings, drugs are strictly prohibited in the apartment for any reason.
No smoking and no pets are allowed in the apartment. A fine of NT3,000 will be charged at check-out if guests violate the policy.
Summer Energy Saving (May-Oct): Provide free electricity allowance sufficient for normal usage with air-conditioner on. Electricity meter reading exceeds will be charged NT$5 per kWh
Check-in Time is after 3:00PM
Check-out time is before 12:00PM
Early check-in or Late Check-out can be arranged. The fee is half day's rent. |
