The master bedroom which also overlooks the water and fairway, has a luxurious king bed located in the back of the unit for complete privacy. The guest bedroom has twin beds, located in the front of the unit. Each bedroom has a TV/DVDVCR.

This is a very private unit (no golf cart path). Enjoy the pool, it is very close to the unit (approx. 100 ft), along with several tennis courts and an exercise room and private country club. You may use these facilities at your leisure: including an aquatic driving range, putting green, and complete pro shop.

Enjoy shopping at the beautiful MIROMAR OUTLETS or at the upscale PROMENADE shopping center. Regal 12 Cinema is only two miles away. There are also numerous top notch restaurants in the area, and a brand new HYATT Hotel directly across the street from The Brooks.
