The home comprises of good size sitting room, a dining room, 4 executive bedrooms (2 en-suites), 3 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, furnished decking area and enclosed private pool. For outdoor dining, there is a large table and top quality seating under the lanai providing an excellent setting overlooking the pool

Please note that there is a 3% surcharge on all payments by credit or debit card. A deposit of 20% is required to reserve the villa. We also require a security deposit of $250 which is fully refundable within 14 days after departure provided there are no damages to the property. A cleaning fee of $98 is payable for booking of 6 days or less.
