The home comprises of good size sitting room, a dining room, 4 executive bedrooms (2 en-suites), 3 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, furnished decking area and enclosed private pool. For outdoor dining, there is a large table and top quality seating under the lanai providing an excellent setting overlooking the pool

Rental Policies and Forms of Payment
We offer a variety of payment methods for your convenience. We accept personal cheque and you can also pay securely using any major credit or debit card via Paypal in Sterling and USD. Please note that there is a 3% surcharge on all payments by credit or debit card. A deposit of 20% is required to reserve the villa. We also require a security deposit of $250 which is fully refundable within 14 days after departure provided there are no damages to the property. A cleaning fee of $98 is payable for booking of 6 days or less.
