Lake Belton Cottage is a charming 950-square-foot cottage 60 miles outside of Texas' capital city of Austin. Gorgeous scenery and cottage convenience make this an ideal stay for a week or weekend.
Two bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with a queen), one bath, a living room, dining room, and convenient kitchen with dishwasher and microwave make Lake Belton Cottage a comfortable retreat. A couch that makes into a bed accommodates extra guests, and your comfort is assured with ceiling fans in every room plus central air conditioning and heat. Should you not need both bedrooms, you can rent the cottage with only one. Probably the best part of the cottage, however, is the lake view from the deck. Here you can relax and maybe even do some star gazing from the hot tub. This accomodates up to 9 people.
Also available is the new Texas Room, saddled up and ready for you and a guest to stay awhile. This beautiful, rustic room sleeps two people and includes a dining area and kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator. This is only a 2 person cottage.
The large cottage has full cooking facilities. The Texas cottage is equipped with toaster oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. This is an efficiency cottage.
As for lunch and dinner, you can either cook your own or sample one of the restaurants in the area.
Recreational activities abound at the Cottage. Lake Belton offers swimming, fishing, sailing, boating, and skiing, but if you'd rather stay dry, you can go biking or hiking. A nearby public park offers a free boat ramp, or you could take a picnic lunch and enjoy a lazy day. The town of Salado, with numerous quaint shops and antiques galore, is 15 miles away, and Temple and Belton are only nine miles away.
A visit to Lake Belton Cottage, a great escape from hectic city life, is a memory in the making. Come enjoy the peacefulness of lakeside living. Also available is a hot tub and a Pergola for sitting in the evening.

Deposit & Payments
We require a deposit for your first night's stay. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and personal checks.
Cancellation Policy
To receive your deposit, please provide a cancellation notice seven days prior to your scheduled arrival date. You will not receive a refund for cancellations received less than seven days prior to your arrival.
Restrictions
We allow well-behaved small dogs with prior approval. No smoking inside. Some rooms may not be suitable for small children due to upstairs decks. |
