From Ellsworth take route 3 towards Bar Harbor. At the light across the bridge bear left staying on Route 3. We are 3 miles down on the Right. -- Directions -- From Interstate 95 going towards Bangor, take Exit 182A to Route 395. Follow Route 395 taking Exit 6A to Route 1A, Ellsworth and Bar Harbor. Stay on this road and it will become Route 3 at Ellsworth. Follow Route 3 from Ellsworth towards Bar Harbor for 11 miles. Cross the bridge that joins Trenton and Mt Desert Island. At the traffic light Route 3 bears to the left, from here we are 3 miles down Route 3 on the right.

The Belle Isle Motel is centrally located on Mt Desert Island only minutes away from many activities and points of interest. Our smaller economical rooms have one queen size bed. On our 6 acre grounds you will find a furnace heated swimming pool, BBQ grill and picnic areas, hammocks, trails through the woods, guest laundry and ice machine. Wireless internet and free Continental breakfast are also available. We are a family owned and operated motel.
