Villa Alize, its outbuilding and its guest cottage stand in 2.5 acres of land on a gentle slope overlooking the azure waters of Le Vauclin's Bay. Le Vauclin is a small town on the Atlantic coast of Martinique where you will enjoy all the charm of pure nature. The estate, set in 2 and one half acres of gardens, comprises of three separate buildings. The main house is bordered by a wide wooden deck has three air-conditioned bedrooms, and two comfortable shower rooms, a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. A separate bedroom suite with one and half bath is situated across from the main house opposite the swimming pool.

A few steps away there is a guest cottage. The privacy of each house is guaranteed by the lush tropical foliage of the garden and there is 100 feet distance between them. (Anyway the guest house is not for rental.)

For food provisions there is a shop 1,300 feet from the villa or if you prefer to discover local dishes, you can choose from small restaurants in the market town that is 1.4 miles away.

Alize gets its name from the French translation of "Trade Winds". These breezes flow through endlessly. It is situated 16 miles from the airport and the shopping malls of Fort-de-France, and it is the ideal starting point for exploring the most gorgeous beaches of Southern Martinique.

Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

-A deposit of 25% is required on reservation. The balance is due with a 656 damage deposit on or before arrival.
-Dogs allowed.
-The minimum rental period is one week.
-Ask for a quote if your party is less than 5 persons.
-Weekly Rates Include: Accompaniment to the villa (restricted to 8.00 am to 8.00 PM arrivals), local phone calls, for your arrival, a fruit basket, and the first breakfast, equipment and household linen (except beach towels) and maid service twice weekly (3 times a week during high season except on celebration days).
